Our typical Casement Window can be used to produce side hung, top hung and fixed light windows. These design options, along with the wide variety of colours and finishes in which they come, combine to produce a virtually limitless number of configurations.
As well as these popular and familiar window styles, our elements and assemblies can just as easily be combined to form glazed screens. Full weather-stripping is standard and all relevant profiles have thermal barriers.

All of our products are fitted with double glazed units incorporating a low emissivity treatment in accordance with the current Government regulations regarding heat loss in your workplace as governed by FENSA. Available as options are high security, easy clean and full opening fire escape hinges as well as built-in restrictors ensuring your windows comply with means-of-escape rule.

Trickle vents can be built into outer frames or within glazed areas.

The external high security boxed glazing bead interlocks with the frame meaning it cannot be prised off without first removing the internal wedge gasket. Dependent on the system used, there are either locking cockspur handles - locking handles which simultaneously throw a central deadbolt and shoot bolts into opposite frame corners, or anti-ligature openers and vents for more secure applications.

All relevant aluminium profiles are thermally broken to prevent heat loss and the formation of condensation on window frames. Foam infill is used in jambs and heads of outer frames to further enhance thermal insulation. Although it is dependent on size and window style a typical 1m x 1m window with our top specification will achieve a u value of 1.7 - well below Government guidelines.

The system is double glazed to suit thicknesses from 24 to 28mm and is bead glazed, we can provide glazing to suit many applications from standard laminated or toughened through to attack / bullet proof glass.
